Caution! The worst customer service. We came from Nuremberg with a credit booked reservation, we just had to pick up the car. The lady in the office refused to give it to us because the credit card said my name, my father, and my last name (it was mine) ....... And she was very ironic too, the worst behavior in so many years that I'm traveling to Germany .... 12/10/2020 We had to leave, and rent another car from a different company!!! If the site had a zero star it would get it!!!

Horrible customer service, horrible vehicle. Broke down and lost a full day of our vacation over their breakdown service not working and Avis refusing to help us fix our car. Additionally after waving a fee for us they made a point of stopping us before we drove away to come out in the rain and tell us we would have to pay it when they changed their mind. And our car was not clean upon receipt- plenty of stains in the back and front seats. Would never recommend again. Choose any other car rental service, or walk. If I could leave zero stars I would.

Car rental without hassle. They do not really check for damage upon returning the car and you get back all your deposit.

Nice option instead of heading all the way to the main train station. The staff is friendly, and they have a large selection of vehicles on hand. Dropping a vehicle off after hours is not a problem, as they have a recepticle to allow you to safely drop off the keys. There is a Shell station that is open 24 hours around the corner.
