Dear Mr. Steffen Hermann, I would like to sincerely thank you for the excellent cooperation and professionalism throughout the entire purchase process. As an international buyer, you made the purchase much easier by providing clear and detailed information, including photos of the vehicle, and by always being available and willing to help. Even when we encountered some difficulties, you made every effort to find solutions and ensure that we successfully completed the deal. I would rate your service 10/10 and would gladly cooperate with you again. I would also highly recommend you to any future buyers, especially those purchasing a vehicle from abroad. Thank you once again for your outstanding support and professionalism. Kind regards, Marko

I had a really great experience buying my Mercedes-Benz from Mr. Steffen Hermann. From the beginning, he was very professional, kind, and always quick to reply to our messages and requests. When we picked up the car, he took the time to explain everything in detail and gave us a great overview of all the features. The whole process was smooth and enjoyable — Steffen is a genuinely nice and helpful person. Highly recommended!

A really great experience. The online process was handled by Gerhard, and at the dealership, we met both Gerhard and Elena. Gerhard was always super responsive and gave us all the answers that we needed. He was great during the process. The only thing we would suggest improving is that, upon arrival, we were asked at the reception to wait for Elena, but no one showed us where we could sit, so we ended up standing with our bags during the wait. Elena later apologized for this oversight. She then gave us a brief explanation of the documents and car's settings and features, and we had the pleasure of unveiling the car ourselves, as it was covered — a really nice touch. Gerhard was also present, and in the end, they gave us a small gift from Mercedes. The dealership also took care of the paperwork for the registration and temporary insurance, which made us feel much more at ease with the process of transferring the car to Portugal. We definitely recommend their service — after three weeks, we’re still very happy with our choice.

The Mercedes-Benz dealership is spacious and full of the latest model vehicles as usual. However, as someone who still cannot accept the electric motor issue, I am amazed by the electric vehicles that the Mercedes-Benz engineers have made. How can they make such a great engineering achievement, right? This dealership sells the best car in the world. Make sure to do a test drive...
