I’ve recently completed three parts of coaching at Psychologicum with Tanja Tissen, and I’m really glad I did. This experience was like night and day compared to the other coaches I’ve worked with elsewhere in Berlin. What stands out most for me about Tanja is how methodical she is while still being a genuine human. She doesn’t just mechanically follow instructions or stick to some standard formula, she’s interested in you as a person and works with what you actually need. I also really appreciated that she offered to work with me in English. It made things easier for me and helped a lot. And honestly, she managed to bring me back from the dead. I’m really grateful for her professionalism, empathy, and most of all the genuine playfulness she brings to her work. I’d definitely recommend working with her!

Ich bin aufgrund einer schweren gesundheitlichen Situation zum Coaching im Psychologikum gekommen. Anfangs war ich sehr skeptisch, weil es mir gesundheitlich wirklich nicht gut ging und ich nicht wusste, ob ich die Kraft haben würde, regelmäßig teilzunehmen. Diese Sorge hat sich jedoch schnell gelegt. Ich habe (und habe immer noch) eine unglaublich tolle Coachin Kathrin Westhölter an meiner Seite, die es geschafft hat, dass ich wirklich regelmäßig komme, mich wohlfühle und sogar Freude an den Terminen habe. Ich kann mich ihr voll anvertrauen und fühle mich ernst genommen. Besonders wertvoll für mich ist die Kombination aus hoher Professionalität und echter Menschlichkeit. Sie arbeitet sehr strukturiert und fachlich fundiert, und gleichzeitig habe ich immer das Gefühl, dass ich ihr als Mensch wirklich wichtig bin. In einer sehr schwierigen Zeit war sie für mich ein fester Anlaufpunkt. Ich konnte mit meinen Problemen zu ihr kommen, darüber sprechen, und gleichzeitig wurden ganz konkret die Dinge aufgebaut, die nötig sind, um wieder am Leben teilzunehmen. I was having 6 months career coaching with Oya and I would recommend her to everyone, she’s been an amazing coach and has helped me more than traditional therapy ever did. She’s warm, dedicated, competent, and truly cares about her clients and her work. I love her holistic approach, and she has a great way of challenging me without making me feel pressured. She’s been going above and beyond to offer support also outside of session hours which means so much. Working with her has helped me understand myself, my past and present on a much deeper level, and I’ve learned plenty of skills that I now use in my daily life.
