Recently purchased a IX3 from Procar, I can only agree with all the other 5 star reviews. _Very_ happy with the service! All the way from my first phone call with initial interest in the model --- to the choice of specific car --- to the car pickup, and in my case the export. Max Eigendorf was super helpful getting the car exported. He coordinated the appointment with the "zulassungsstelle" for me, helped me out during the process when I needed a bit of help and got me back on the road to NL in no-time! If I ever buy a BMW again, I'll call Max first, for now, I'll enjoy this car for a while :)

I was told they cannot sell vehicles to customers in another EU country due to anti-money laundering regulations, though no specific details were provided, even when full proof of funds was available. Unfortunately, there was little effort from staff to explore alternatives, which made the overall experience disappointing.

I had a wheel bearing issue with my car, which was covered under the BMW Premium Selection warranty. The service team, especially Mr. Patrick Haep and Mr. Thomas Faßbender, were extremely helpful and professional. They ensured the issue was diagnosed and resolved within the expected timeframe. I'm very satisfied with the service and thankful for their support. Highly recommended!

Incosistent services. They might do an excellent job or they might frustrate you to the point you will decide not to trust them again. A few examples: - I've bought a nice, reliable car from Procar which apart from the annual service checks at the mechanic, do not need further attention, however, the car I bought was advertised to have 16.000 km on the engine, but when I went to see the car it had 24.000 km. I raised the matter with the Procar representatives and the response was "What are you going to do about it." - In September 2024 I needed to urgently schedule an appointment to have the engine oil checked. The service team quickly supported me and scheduled an appointment for two days later, the engine was checked and I was done within 1hour. - In October 2024 I booked an appointment for a tyre swap (summer/winter), and was advised that the service will take maximum 1 hour. Long story short, I was waiting for more than 3 hours and after reminding the Procar team about how long I've been waiting, they realised they had forgotten the car, and then they messed up the invoice, which took even longer to complete.

Update: Owners try to tune their review scores by sending a lawyer after all reviews that score too low. Very poor business practice and ethics! BMW HQ has been notified. Service is impossible to reach via phone, responsiveness slow and now twice sending a car into repair to have it return with only parts of the issues fixed. Every time with other excuses (time, parts, etc.) For me quite a useless experience. Will not return and go back to my previous BMW dealer.
