Absolutely terrible experience. I have never been treated so badly by a hotel. We booked and paid for a room for our family, but when we arrived, the staff refused to give us the room because we had one extra child who was only 7 years old. We explained that she would simply sleep in our own bed and that we did not need an extra bed, but they still refused to let us stay. What makes this even worse is that they refused to refund our money, even though they were the ones refusing to provide the room we had paid for. Our 7-year-old daughter was extremely tired and actually fell asleep on a chair in the reception area, yet the staff showed absolutely no compassion or understanding. We were left with no choice but to leave the hotel late at night and find somewhere else to stay. The night staff were also extremely unhelpful. When I asked where the car park was, they simply said, “I don’t know.” When I asked if they could recommend somewhere nearby where I could park my car, they again said, “I don’t know.” Their attitude and complete lack of willingness to help made us feel that we were being treated differently and unfairly. I had a nice experience overall at this hotel. The rooms were very clean, the location was convenient, and they offered a lovely, wide range of breakfast options. The service was good overall, and the staff were fine. One detail to keep in mind is that the hotel does not have its own parking, so you will need to use the city centre parking garage about two minutes away, which incurs an extra cost.

Nice Premier Inn in Nuremberg. Good location within easy walking distance of the old town. Rooms were quiet, beds were comfortable and breakfast was decent. Staff were helpful. Parking garage was full when we arrived (early evening) but we parked at the nearby City Car Park (above Aldi), which cost €18 for 24 hours.
