It’s feels more like a business than a place to get healed or check up on the health ! Rude both the doctor hicham and the receptionists! I don’t recommend this place at all.

Terrible experience. I chose this practice because they advertise English-speaking service on Doctolib. That turned out to be misleading. I came only to renew a prescription. The receptionist took my insurance card and said everything was fine. At the pharmacy, I was told no prescription existed. When I went back to ask, the receptionist—who clearly did not do her job properly—was rude and blamed me for not speaking German, saying “we are in Germany.” Instead of admitting her mistake, she chose to attack the patient. This receptionist was incompetent and unprofessional. If your staff cannot handle basic administrative tasks or communicate respectfully, do not blame patients for language barriers. Either hire capable, English-speaking staff or remove English from your advertisement. Absolutely not recommended for immigrants or non-German-speaking patients.

We made an appointment for both my spouse and myself and went there in the morning. When we arrived, the woman at the reception said, "Your doctor has retired and no longer works here. We still have to use the retired doctor's name for a while." How were we supposed to know that??? We said okay, is there another doctor? She said the other doctor "doesn't want to speak English." It was an absolute disgrace. We were turned away and left without receiving any treatment. They're using the name of a doctor who no longer works there and don't even bother to contact the people who make appointments. It feels like they're just trying to waste people's time.

I have had good experience at this clinic. Especially Dr. Hachem, he guided me well.

Somehow was difficult to fund this place since Google was showing the location on the other side, and here is a kind of central place with big buildings that mostly don't have a number on the door. Please look at the photos that I sent to find the clinic easier. It's close to the KFC which is pretty well located.
