A big thank you to Mrs Drossart who has been very patient with us during the selection process and stayed after store closing to complete our order. Our new sofa was delivered last week, two months earlier than planned. That was a very good surprise. The delivery service was top-notch: sofa unpacked, put together, and all packaging removed. We are very happy with the quality of the sofa. The kids literally live on the sofa now.

We had an excellent experience at Multipolster in Cologne, thanks to Frau Drossart. She guided us through different sofa options, clearly explaining the pros and cons of each helping us understand all customization possibilities, including fabrics and colors. She was very knowlegable, patient, and made the whole process easy and enjoyable. We also appreciated her clear explanation of the delivery timeline. Highly recommended..especially if you get advice from Frau Drossart.

Just received our sofa! It’s extremely comfortable and reasonably priced! Francesco was very friendly and helpful on our first visit to the store, and Mr Braun was great upon our second visit when we finalised all the paperwork. Thank you very much!

We purchased a sofa+harmchair set with their decorative cushions and ottoman. The upholstery fabric is cotton-linen, but they were entirely customisable so you could choose differently. We received the entire order on 9th of Jan and after a bit of time using them I can say that we are really happy with everything. We are really happy with the price-for-value of the product and the service we received. It was the first time that we received such good customer care in Germany, both in pre-sale and after-sale. Frau Drossart was literally a charm. Nice, warm helpful and not pushy at all. She followed through the entire process, from helping us with the choice of product and the order to put us in contact with the owner or the expeditioner when necessary. The product is awesome, service was awesome, frau Drossart is awesome. The reference for the order is KM-28779
