Worst experience ever. Came with insane pain (no painkillers helped me), was welcomed by "attitude" as I was English speaker. After was sent to "student" doctor, who said my pain is cause by wisdom teeth's and I need removal. It was wrong, I had severe root canal infection..Did they offer painkiller injection? no. Did they apologized for misdiagnosing me? Never. Did they still happily charged me for 5min visit? Yes :) My worst experience belongs to this clinic, avoid it.

Atmosphere is really nice and modern. Employees are friendly and appear to be professional. However, I see a big gap between professional appearance and real quality of service. I did the professional cleaning and left with lots of residues in between my teeth. The lady did not take time to do a proper cleaning (30 min and job was done - 10 min she took to look at my teeth…) plus, as far as I know (comparing now with other places I’ve been) the floss should be used to clean tooth by tooth - I had to do that myself after the appointment. It is super disappointing to pay 120€ for this service. I planned to start my Invisalign journey with them, but after this experience I prefer to do that somewhere else. :(

This is the first time that I see such a beautiful praxis. The atmosphere here makes you forget that you are in a dentist place. And I usually don’t forget this 😂😖🫣 The attention of the staff is gentle and professional. Specially Dr. Christin Steinbach🤍 They are super sweet with our daughter that since she was 4 years old is coming here. We strongly suggest this praxis for children too! #care #dentistforkids

Recently switched to Ms Steinbach and team at Lieblingszahnartz and am very happy with the move. The team is welcoming and professional and they go out of their way to ensure a positive, comfortable experience. I walk away feeling very good about my visit and the care I've been provided and can only recommend the practice.

Wonderful practice with beautiful rooms! The waiting room has a lovely, relaxing atmosphere rather than the typical sterile dental office. Dr. Christin Steinbach is very professional, friendly and takes time to clearly explain the treatment procedures. It’s great to find a dental practice that can provide consultation in English!
