You will know exactly what’s going on and what the treatment plan should be. I highly recommend making an appointment online or calling their office.

Dr. Hoffman is one of the best dermatologist in the world. He’s so friendly, I would read him as one of the best doctors that I have ever encountered in my entire life.

Very impressed with Dr. Haese and the staff . Extremely competent people who are really focused and driven in the diagnostics . I have had pretty bad experiences with doctors in general in Germany, but I can say that Koelnderma has pleasantly showed itself to be an exceptional experience. I’m not a private patient, regular “gesetzlichen Krankenversicherung„ and I had an appointment within 24 hours . Website is very informative in that sense.

Terrible, crushing experience at this place. Dr Hoffmann wasn't available so I had to see someone called Dr Brown about the fact that I have been discovering increasing amounts of grey hair at 29. The appointment was literally done in three minutes. Her manner was incredibly unprofessional and callous. I have never met a "doctor" who has behaved this way. She told me bluntly that it's premature greying, which would be a shock for a lot of young people I might imagine. She didn't elaborate any further and I had to ask all the questions, and when I appeared shocked about the diagnosis, her reply was "that's life". Her personal judgments are not what I pay her for. When asked about whether the grey hair will increase and spread, all she said was, "Yes", with the same apathetic expression. No explanation about how long it might take to end up with a full head of grey or anything of that sort. When I said, "I could colour it" (again, I was initiating everything), she pointed out the obvious fact that, "but it will still grow white", as if I was not aware of that.
