One of the best fitness studio in Köln. it’s very clean, spacious and different set of modern training equipment. Best thing about this gym is the unlimited water dispenser and fresh air which is very important. just a side note, there are bunch of “wanna be influencers” roaming around with cameras and you need to be careful not to be in a frame 😂

I love this gym. Super location, excellent equipment and amazing helpful staff. The facilities offered from coffee to change rooms are perfect. Compared to gyms in Germany I feel personally it is 5 years ahead in mindset and machinery. Why 4 out of 5 stars? 1) The air quality in the gym and air circulation is quite poor. Having gymed in Virgin Actives in Africa we always had air conditioned air. Not cold, but conditioned and clean circulating air. This makes a huge difference for training and health overall. Yes I write this in Summer, but the EU is getting hotter, and cleaner, filtered air is needed for intense workouts. The big fans push the hot air around but it’s still VERY hot. Often the fans are not switched on during the days. 2) This links to the first point. Hyrox dominates the top floor at key times and those classes are great. Nothing against that aspect of Iron & Soul. It’s driven a lot of ppl into intense workouts and essentially healthier lives. But, I would like if 5-6 treadmills, other cardio machines, and the 3 bikes were relocated downstairs where it is cooler and also separated from the Hyrox classes so ‚normal’ cardio can be done during these times. Perfect GYM only if the Sauna-area was a bit bigger & there were more showers available! But no argument the best Gym from innovation, devices, ventilation in town! This review is prompted by internal advertising… my opinion is true… will not change even if I don’t get the promise goodies!

If Iron and Soul were a person, it would be that ridiculously fit friend who somehow also meditates, reads philosophy, and makes a killer oat milk flat white. I came in expecting a gym. What I got was a full-blown experience where steel meets soul and sweat somehow feels spiritual. The trainers don’t yell....they inspire. The playlists slap. The equipment? Sleek, modern, and just intimidating enough to guilt you into doing that last set. Within 15 minutes, I was simultaneously gasping for air and asking myself deep life questions like “Have I been skipping leg day... emotionally?” The crowd here is focused but friendly. No ego lifting. Just good people trying to be a little better every day. Only drawback? No paper towels in the changing rooms or washrooms. So unless you carry a towel like a seasoned samurai, you’re air-drying with dignity. Come for the iron. Stay for the soul. And maybe bring your own tissues.

Great gym, nice equipments and friendly staff. I have been coming to this gym for around two months now, and I am really happy with the number and variety of machines. You hardly have to wait someone finishes, and there are always open space to train.
