Hotel Müller Köln

The location was perfect, just a 4–5 minute walk from the station and close to the cathedral. The room had all essential amenities like a cupboard with a safe, kettle, and shower. However, the hair dryer was very small and not effective. The shower design caused water to spread across the entire bathroom floor, which was uncomfortable. The two separate mattresses made sleeping uncomfortable due to the gap between them. Overall, it was fine, but improvements are needed, especially considering the high extra cleaning charge mentioned by the owner.

I can’t figure out how this hotel gets 4.2 stars review. The staff was helpful, but the room is rather make shift, and unfortunately not throughly cleaned. Shower head and hair dryer kept falling down, which is quite annoying.

Very handy location 5 mins from the rear entrance to Cologne HBF. Rooms are comfortable, are cleaned each day, I personally had issues with the shower, not much space, lose doors, floods on bathroom floor, but apart from that I had an enjoyable stay Had the 10 euro Breakfast on first day, but there are so many bakeries close by that I used those instead Staff friendly!

An amazing 1 night stay before we finally headed home from our backpacking trip! Staff were really friendly and we felt right at home. Has all you need for a short stay. Beds were comfortable and bathroom clean. We had the top attic room which was nice and quiet. Breakfast was really great, lots on offer for just €10 pp. Great location for a river walk and lots of nearby restaurants. I would recommend Freulein Herborths for a great burger! We had two minor issues with the room that we reported to reception upon checkout. They apologised with sincerity.
