I visited this salon for eyebrow plucking and a haircut, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. It was my first time getting my eyebrows done, and I was quite nervous, but Zaro did exactly what I asked for—absolutely loved the result! As for the haircut, Marco was incredible. From the beginning, he took time to assess my hair, patiently listened to what I wanted, and delivered exactly that. He washed, cut, and styled every strand with so much care—I’ve never felt my hair so pampered! After a year of being in Germany and hesitating to get a haircut out of fear it might go wrong, I’m so relieved and thrilled with Marco’s work. His passion for his craft really shows, and it’s clearly more than just a job to him. If you’re thinking about visiting this salon, don’t hesitate. It’s absolutely worth it, and I highly recommend it!

This place is A.M.A.Z.I.N.G.!!! I usually give reviews only if the place is really REALLY GOOD!!! And my review today is going to be because of a kind and a very capable soul from this shop called Marco! I had a really bad hair tangle which I could not get out of, and I've tried to comb it, but to no avail! I went to this shop in the idea that I'll have to cut that part of my hair.. but Marco not only sat down to help to get my tangle out (he was not the one who was doing my hair cut for the record), but was super patient and in just 5 mins, he completely took out my tangle without damaging my hair.. and the way he talked to me - it was full of kindness and no ounce of frustration or dissatisfaction which is normally the case when people have to tend to my rather unruly hair. I've decided to go to this salon only in the future mainly because of Marco! And the price is super reasonable!! Thank you Hayar and Mr. Shah Rukh Khan (Zara) too for an overall pleasant service!!! I'm super happy that I discovered this gem 💎💎💎

I did keratin treatments here today. It was a great experience. The people were professional and very nice. My hair looks great and I'm super happy. As I waited during my treatment watched many hair cuts being done and I was very impressed. Definitely will be a regular costumer here.

This place is awesome. I did my hair colouring last year which was perfect as I expected. I went again for a hair cut this year and trust me it was a great experience. The hair cut was just like how I wanted it to be. Very friendly staffs and especially the price was nominal. My husband accompanied me and was waiting there the whole time. He was offered a great coffee as well. ☺️ I am going to be a regular customer here I guess☺️ thanks team!!!
