I really liked the personal treatment I had from Jenny and her assistant. They walked me through the process of the whole experience since arriving, hair washing, treatment, haircut and styling. I liked how Jenny took the time to "educate the client" (me) by sharing what kind of products to use for my type of hair and what styling techniques are better for the new haircut. And I also like the nice environment of Team work in between Jenny and her assistant (I didn't get her name). I would definitely book my next appointment at Bei Freunde.

Simply Perfect! Melli did such a great job on my hairstyling today. As a customer I immediately realized both her and her colleagues professionalism and passion for their job. They love what they do and that's why the results are always at the highest level. Thank you Bei Freunden and a special "ThankYou" to Melli for todays perfect Cut :)
