5 Sterne sind eigentlich noch zu wenig. Wir haben über Herrn Zia unsere Eigentumswohnung gekauft und sind absolut begeistert. Von der ersten Besichtigung bis zur Schlüsselübergabe verlief alles tadellos. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die herausragende Kommunikation: Man bekommt immer sofort Rückmeldung und fühlt sich zu jeder Zeit bestens betreut. Herr Zia ist extrem zuverlässig und fachlich top. Wer einen ehrlichen und kompetenten Makler sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Vielen Dank für alles!

They are good to sell, indeed. But the project is not finished (delay in 3 years) and they are not involved anymore. How can it be done like that? I do not dispute that the primary responsibility for the delay lies with the developer, and I understand the limitations of a brokerage firm’s formal influence after a transaction is completed. At the same time, I would like to be honest on a personal level. From a client’s perspective, the way the communication evolved over time has been disappointing. In the beginning, the brokerage played an active role and served as a bridge to the developer. Later, this connection effectively ceased, leaving me alone with an unresolved situation that has now lasted several years. Even if this may be understandable from a business or legal standpoint, it is, on a human level, difficult to accept as a client who relied on professional support when entering the project. It's been a year I am living here, must say the location is very nice. Everything you will get on walkable distance along with all amenities also I would like to say that Service providers are very supportive and helpful.
