Outstanding Service at Audi Zentrum Passau We had a truly exceptional experience at Audi Zentrum Passau on Wednesday, April 16th. Despite arriving just before closing time—around 6:00 PM—the team went above and beyond to help us. They made sure our car was taken care of quickly and efficiently, allowing us to continue our holiday without delay. We are incredibly grateful for the outstanding effort and excellent service we received. Thank you so much to the team for your dedication and professionalism. Highly recommended! 👍👍👍👍👍⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I had the pleasure of working with Benjamin Grill for the purchase of my ideal car, and I couldn't be happier with the experience! Benjamin's exceptional patience and fast responses were very helpful. Despite the complexity of exporting the car out of Germany, Benjamin was very patient, ensuring every detail was taken care of. From providing essential paperwork to sending detailed pictures, Benjamin's attention to detail was impeccable. He even took the time to highlight barely visible scratches on the car, ensuring complete transparency. Overall, I highly recommend Benjamin Grill if you're in the market for a new car. His professionalism and willingness to help will make the whole process stress-free. Thanks again, Benjamin, for all your assistance!

VERY unprofessional service repair. They let go customer with damaged parts after "service repair". Even I insist on changing brake pads, they didn't change, despite board computer required this change!! After two months they charge half of the service with explanation this is what they did good and they will finish in after three months. Really, big disappointment for me how this kind of work can be tolarated by AUDI authorities, specially in Germany.
