I stayed here when I was 19 and came back recently at 24 thinking it would still be fine… unfortunately, I have standards now. The room felt like a prison cell - extremely small, with an uncomfortable bed and pillow. I seriously considered switching hotels, but I had already paid upfront so I just dealt with it. The staff were rarely at the front desk; I even waited to ask for extra towels and realized the employee was outside on a smoke break, saw me, and didn’t bother coming in. I eventually gave up. It was clean enough to sleep, but overall I just suffered through the stay. The only upside? It definitely motivated me to spend as much time as possible outside exploring the city. That said, the location is PRIME. Just be aware: tiny rooms, not very comfortable, and no AC (which I somehow missed when booking). If those things matter to you, you might want to look elsewhere.

Excellent location, very helpful and attentive staff. There was always someone at the reception or nearby, and everyone was very friendly. It’s a 5-minute walk from the station and the cathedral, which made our stay much easier. The room is a bit noisy, probably because it’s close to the station as well, but it didn’t bother us and felt fair for the price we paid. It was very clean and everything worked perfectly. Veedhy assisted us at reception during check-in and was very attentive and helpful.
