A huge thank you to Juliet! She did an incredible job, and I am absolutely happy with the results. She truly saved my hair! After a very disappointing experience with another hairdresser, I was quite nervous, but Juliet exceeded all my expectations. The pictures say it all. Before and afterwards. Highly recommended! I had my 1st appointment yesterday at the Zweimal Store with lovely Char <3 and it was truly wonderful. Love her energy! A beautiful shop with a really cool atmosphere. Super friendly hairdresser who really know their craft and gave me great advice. In a few weeks I will be back with her and then we will go ahead with the color :)))) Thank you so much, Char, I am really looking forward to more appointments with you <333

I had an AWFUL experience in this salon. Never in my life I had before a service so bad, compared to what I experience when I went to get a haircut in this salon with Char 3 months ago. At first, everything seemed ok, she was really nice to me and I felt cool. I showed her some images of how I wanted the haircut, she told me she understood. We talked the entire session, I noticed that a lot of my hair was in the floor, but from my view everything looked ok. She finished, I payed and said goodbye. When I was walking away, I saw here greeting the client next in line saying: "Sorry that it took longer but her hair was too much" And did an expression of "ugghh" (like being annoyed by my hair). But as the empathic person I am, trying to see the best in people I ignored it. I went home so happy, because finally I was able to get a haircut, thinking everything was ok. When I reached home my boyfriend noticed the haircut was not what I asked for. He recorded the back of my hair and that was where I noticed the HORROR this girl performed in my head. I felt super bad, but still tried to ignore it (positive girlie here). Some days passed by and the haircut was starting to make me feel worse

Jules did a fantastic job with my haircut and gave me very honest and helpful advice. He’s kind and great to talk to, which made the whole experience really enjoyable. I’ve tried many salons in Munich and it's not often that I've felt so comfortable, but both my visits (with Char earlier and Jules now) have been consistently positive. I think that everyone who works here is genuinely nice, not just hair wizards❤️ I would highly recommend to anyone, and would certainly come back again!!

It was my first time at Zweimal and I loved it. I had an appointment with Larissa and the minute I stepped into the shopped I was welcomed. Larissa was very friendly and accommodating. She asked for details on what I wanted beforehand and gave me exactly the cut I wanted. I loved the cut and the volume. Also, the salon interiors was nice with all the plants and wished I had more time to shop around but looking forward to another visit.
