Just called 2 minutes ago to make a reservation. I asked: "hello, do you speak English?". The girl just hang up on me. Apparently, girls are being frightened by English language. In any case, one simple "no", or "nein" would suffice, you don't have to hang up without a word. Oh, well..... Edit: update following your reply: I was driving, my car showed your hotel on my dashboard screen as a nearby option to rest, so I called see the picture attached from my call list on that day - I erased the rest of my calls, for privacy reasons. Probably you don't know nothing about it, since the person who answered didn't care to tell you (as he/she didn't care to talk). Also, maybe that person talk English, but she/he was not in the mood for talking, lol.
