I have been afraid of the dentist most of my life, that accompanied with a rather intense needle phobia makes me a unique challenge for most. Dr Jonas Kilger took that challenge with an amount of calmness and grace that has left a healing impression on me. He treated my fears and concerns with the utmost respect and remained incredibly patient and affirming throughout my entire procedure. He was concise and open about costs, timing and what to expect with matters of insurance, which was extremely helpful as it was my first time visiting the dentist in Germany. After care was explained thoroughly which made healing a much more pleasant experience than I've been accustomed to. Every member of staff I interacted with were so kind, patient and helpful. I cannot recommend this place, nor sing its praises enough. Truly excellent service from a dedicated team of professionals.

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Bettina Baumann. She is extremely professional, attentive and genuinely caring. She is very mindful of patient’s comfort and always checks if the patient is in pain or uncomfortable. She explains everything clearly and patiently, which makes you feel safe and well informed throughout the treatment. What truly stood out to me is her integrity. She never tries to sell unnecessary treatments and instead considers the patient’s financial situation and comfort before giving advice. You can really feel that her priority is the patient’s well being. Beyond her excellent work as a dentist, she is also very respectful and kind, not only with her patients but also with the people she works with. The way she communicates reflects her professionalism and warm personality. Her work is top notch and she is a genuinely lovely person. I highly recommend her. 😊

5 star service in all senses. I booked an appointment for PZR on Doctolib. The clinic followed up a couple of times with the reminders, what was super helpful as I booked well in advance. The waiting time was just a couple of minutes. And the cleaning done by Simona Hauta went just perfectly: efficient, painless, and super comfortable. Frau Hauta was very friendly and ensured I felt comfortable and had a clear idea how everything would go. I'm happy with the result and the treatment altogether. In comparison to my last clinic, the PZR is slightly more expensive. But keeping in mind the difference in service - totally worth it.

I had a cleaning procedure today and the lady Simona Hauta was just incredibly patient. She Provided me with the best comfort I could have, cleaned and talked thoroughly and gave me nice advices without being asked. I would love to go to her again!
