Ingolstadt is in Bayern, in the south, the country's industrial powerhouse around Munich and Stuttgart with the Alps and the Black Forest on the doorstep; winters bring snow and the occasional warm Föhn wind, summers are the warmest in Germany, and living costs are the highest. German addresses put the street name before the house number, followed by the five-digit postcode and the town, as in "Marienplatz 8, 80331 München". The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

Dr. Rainer Betz is kind, professional, and really tries to make you feel comfortable. Unfortunately, I can’t say the same about the staff especially if you don’t speak German. It felt like they didn’t really care about helping and looked at me with an annoyed attitude, which made me feel uncomfortable. I think it’s important to understand that many of us are International professionals, here for just a year or two. Learning fluent German isn’t always a priority in that time, but even when you try to ask for help in basic German or English, the attitude I experienced was disappointing. That’s honestly the only reason I wouldn’t go back, even though Dr. Betz himself was great.

Dr. Betz is very friendly and cooperative. He explains everything clearly and doesn't mind spending some time to make sure his patient understands everything. Of course, the amazing part is that he doesn't mind speaking English. Thanks!
