Choosing a practice, dentist or pharmacy is about trust and convenience: check the opening hours, whether the practice takes new patients (most want a Termin, booked by phone or through Doctolib), whether it treats statutory (gesetzlich) as well as private patients, and whether the staff speak English. Bring your Versichertenkarte; without cover you pay the full amount. Outside surgery hours dial 116 117 for the on-call doctor, and in an emergency 112 for an ambulance.

München is in Bayern, in the south, the country's industrial powerhouse around Munich and Stuttgart with the Alps and the Black Forest on the doorstep; winters bring snow and the occasional warm Föhn wind, summers are the warmest in Germany, and living costs are the highest. Getting around München is easiest by U-Bahn, S-Bahn, tram and bus, all covered by the Deutschlandticket that is valid on local and regional transport across Bayern and beyond; parking in city centres is scarce and either paid or limited by Parkscheibe, so public transport or a bike is usually quicker than driving.

I had a very stressful and disappointing experience with this clinic. I had several treatments in February (Iam patient with this clinic for past 4 years). During my last treatment for a crown, my appointment was delayed. Shortly afterward, I received an email stating that the clinic is closed, without prior notice by phone or clear guidance on the next steps. This situation made me feel very uncomfortable and uncertain about how to proceed. I had to wait about three weeks with an unprotected tooth due to temporary crowns not lasting and having to change to another clinic.

I had an excellent experience with Dr. Elisabeth Frenkel. The treatment was completely painless, the staff was professional and friendly, and the dental cleaning at the clinic was comfortable and efficient. I highly recommend Dr. Elisabeth Frenkel.

The best dentist now is dr Lisa Frenkel. Tonight she stayed behind to help me. She’s super professional. Not sure what’s happening to this Praxis but it seems a bit disappointing that they don’t inform you of changes. The team overall is amazing. But Dr Lisa Number 1. Danke ‘ ❤️

I have done professional teeth cleaning in this dental practice for years now, and I can highly recommend it. Very welcoming and competent staff. Everyone also speaks English.

As somebody who cares a lot about theets, and doesn't speak perfect german it was hard for me to find a good dental clinic in Munique. I heard about Dr.Tima's clinic from a friend, and decided to try it. It was the best decision i made! 😁😁!!! After a few bad experiences in other clinics i was a little bit afraid and tried to don't expect too much, but from the minute i arrived there i forgot how skeptical i was. First of all, i had the option not only to fill all the papers but also to speak since the receptionist until the dentist in english, wich for me means a lot! The appointment was great and i felt really comfortable. The dentist was really friendly and pacient, i did not only felt listened, but i felt like the most important client . They explained me every step and answered all my questions, leaving me free to decide what i wanted to do. In the end i could see pictures from the theets that needed treatment, making way much easier to understand. All their equipment is really modern, and everything was really organised and clean. After all that, I'm sure i founded a really professional place, wich I'm happy to recommend to everybody! It's definitely a ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ clinic!! Julian
