Ich hatte zuerst eine Zahnreinigung und vier Wochen später ein Bleeching bei Frau Popov. Nach der Zahnreinigung hatte ich das erste Mal wirklich das Gefühl, dass meine Zähne richtig gereinigt wurden und jeder Zahnstein beseitigt wurde. Für mich sind die Hinweise, welche mir Frau Popov gegeben hat, wie z.B. welche Stellen ich besser reinigen muss und wie ich das am besten mache, sehr wichtig und hilfreich. Das Bleeching war genauso professionell gemacht wir die Zahnreinigung. Ich bin überglücklich mit meinem Lächeln. Nur weiter zu empfehlen!

Ich war zur Beratung bei Frau Dr. Schier und habe mich dort sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt – sie war super freundlich, sympathisch und kompetent. Auch das Praxisteam insgesamt war sehr nett. Beim eigentlichen Eingriff wurde mir jedoch im Vorfeld nicht kommuniziert, dass eine Vertretung übernimmt. Vor Ort hatte ich dann den Eindruck, dass teilweise davon ausgegangen wurde, dass ich darüber informiert sei, was leider nicht der Fall war. Dadurch habe ich mich etwas überrumpelt gefühlt. Mit dem behandelnden Arzt selbst habe ich mich zudem nicht besonders wohl gefühlt. Während des Eingriffs war die Kommunikation eher knapp, und die Assistenz wurde vom Arzt vor mir wiederholt recht schroff zurechtgewiesen, was die Situation zusätzlich unangenehm gemacht hat. Ich würde jederzeit wieder zu Frau Dr. Schier gehen, da ich sie als sehr kompetent und empathisch erlebt habe. Umso schade ist es, dass es hier offenbar Probleme in den Abläufen bzw. der Kommunikation innerhalb der Praxis gab.

Ich möchte hier mal ein großes Kompliment für den netten Umgangston und die kompetente Behandlung aussprechen. Ich bin früher nie gerne zum Zahnarzt gegangen, doch in dieser Zahnarztpraxis fühle ich mich sehr gut aufgehoben. Von der freundlichen Begrüßung der MFA bis zur Behandlung der Beschwerden durch die Zahnärzte ist hier alles wirklich top. Sie machen alle einen richtig tollen Job!

Vielen Dank an die Frau Popov für die professionelle Zahnreinigung. Das erste Mal dass die Zahnreinigung so soooo angenehm war. Ich kann die Frau Popov nur weiterempfehlen.
