Das Fundament unserer Praxis bilden Achtsamkeitsübungen in Form von Beobachtung des Atems, des Körpers in Ruhe und in Bewegung, der Gedanken und Emotionen. Wir nutzen Elemente aus unterschiedlichen Hatha-Yoga-Stilen und entwickeln aber auch aus unserer eigenen Übungserfahrung kreative Unterrichtskomponenten. Unser Hauptanliegen ist es jedem Kursteilnehmer zu ermöglichen sich selbst besser kennen zu lernen – sowohl auf der körperlichen, wie auch auf der psychisch/geistigen Ebene. Die Yogastunde folgen einer klaren Struktur: Anfangsentspannung, Inspiration/Motiv, Atemübungen, Asanas und Endentspannung. Sie variieren je nach Anforderungslevel, Übungsschwerpunkt und Lehrerpersönlichkeit. Komm vor bei und probiere es aus!

Ich habe 2018 die Ausbildung zur Yogalehrerin bei Yoga im Hof abgeschlossen. Das Jahr in Ausbildung war intensiv, bereichernd und hat mich nachhaltig berührt. In der Zeit zwischen damals und heute habe ich immer mal wieder andere Studios ausprobiert, um meinen Blickwinkel sowie mein Erfahrungsfeld zu erweitern und habe für mich persönlich in Augsburg keinen vergleichbaren Ort gefunden, der für mich so authentisch Yoga lehrt und lebt, wie Yoga im Hof. Ich bin froh, dass mich mein Weg immer wieder zurück führt und gehe gerne in die Stunden, weil ich jedes Mal sowohl gestärkter als auch entspannter wieder nach Hause gehe.

Sehr nettes Yogastudio mit persönlicher Atmosphäre. Passende Stunden für Anfänger*innen und Fortgeschrittene. Ich bin schon seit Jahren dort und fühle mich nach der Stunde immer happy und ausgeglichen.

Ich gehe seit vielen Jahren immer sehr gerne in die Stunden bei Yoga im Hof. Tolles Team aus sympathischen und natürlich auch sehr gut ausgebildeteten LehrerInnen. Die offenen Stunden (auch via Zoom kann mitgemacht werden) machen es leicht, Yoga jede Woche gut im Kalender unterzubringen.

Wirklich tolle Yoga-Stunden bei tollen Yoga-Lehrern. Ich mag das Yoga-Verständnis dort sehr: sorgfältig mit genauen Anleitungen, immer verständlich und individuell aber nie "esoterisch abgehoben im Räucherstäbchen-Dunst" (das war meine größte Sorge!). Jede Übung wird genau angeleitet und es werden immer mehrere Variationen angeboten, so dass auch Fortgeschrittene in den Einsteiger-Stunden sich nicht langweilen. Jede*r Lehrer*in hat ihren/seinen eigenen Stil, was für Abwechslung sorgt. Die offenen Stunden sind super flexibel, damit finde ich immer einen passenden Termin. Und sonst gibt es ja noch die Zoom-Version. Danke, dass ihr die hybriden Yoga-Stunden auch nach Corona weiterhin anbietet!

Yoga im Hof ist seit über 15 Jahren ein Lieblingsort für mich. Yoga dort ist so viel mehr als Yoga, es wird sehr auf Funktionalität geachtet und ich fühle mich durch das regelmäßige Üben dort sehr stabil und stark. Die LehrerInnen sind unglaublich fachkundig und nett. ❤️ Ich will es fast nicht empfehlen, weil es dann vielleicht mal zu voll wird, aber es bleibt mir nichts anderes übrig als es von ganzem Herzen zu tun.
