Das Studio besticht durch seinen wunderschönen Raum, den sehr netten und kompetenten Lehrern sowie den beiden liebenswerten Damen die das Studio leiten. Man kann sich rund um nur wohlfühlen und es ist ein Ort an den man immer wieder gerne zurück kehrt. Danke dafür! Die negative Bewertung ist für mich nicht nachvollziehbar, in jedem Studio, das ich bisher kennen gelernt habe, laufen 10-er Karten wesentlich früher als 5 Monate ab.

Gehe seit 2013 in diese Yoga Schule. Bin super zufrieden. Nette Leute, top ausgebildete Lehrerinnen, es wird immer auf die persönlichen Bedürfnisse eingegangen, flexible Preis und Kurs Angebote. Da ist für jede/ jeden etwas dabei.

Ich habe vor einem halben Jahr hier mit Yoga begonnen und mir zuvor andere Yogastudios bzw. Stunden im Fitness-Studio/Sportverein angesehen - und bin im Yoga Freiraum total begeistert. Angefangen bei einem weiträumigem, ansprechend eingerichtetem Studio mit angenehmer Atmosphäre (kein enger bzw. stickiger Kursraum oder Turnhalle) - es gibt Tee und Wasser zum ankommen und das Personl ist immer freundlich und zuvorkommend - habe ich mich hier von Anfang an gut aufgehoben, beraten und eingebunden gefühlt. Was mir hier jedoch besonders gut gefällt, ist das breite Kursangebot (von verschiedenen Schwierigkeitsstufen, Kinderyoga, Entspannungskurse, Workshops, usw.) und vor allem die aufmerksame Anleitung der Asanas. Die Yogalehrerinnen haben die Teilnehmer erstaunlich gut im Blick und korrigieren Fehlhaltungen. Diese Erfahrung habe ich bei meinen anderen Teststunden zuvor leider nicht gemacht - und das ist für mich einer der wichtigsten Faktoren. Sowohl meine Rückenschmerzen, als auch Migräne haben sich seit diesem halben Jahr deutlich reduziert, was ich auf die gute Begleitung - und natürlich meine eigene konsequente Übung ;) - zurückführe. 10er Karten verfallen nicht mehr nach 5 Monaten - das wurde mittlerweile aufgehoben. Ansonsten sind Angebot und Räume perfekt! Vor allem unsere Yoga Lehrerin am Mittwoch Abend! Sie hat immer wieder etwas neues parat😊
