Huge collection, great offers, and really good customer service. I bought something which I later realised I shouldn't have and the store was kind enough to give me full refund. Highly recommended.

We had a good experience with the salesman, but the delivery was very disappointing. The delivery staff were rude and unprofessional, did not want to listen, and only cooperated after we mentioned calling the manager. They also scratched the wall and damaged a mirror during delivery.

Can't deliver the order - for the first time, for the second... And no info, just answering tomorrow, tomorrow, tomorrow... Tomorrow, guys, I'll call police. Because this all looks like a fraud. Haha, ask service@ to contact? They do not respond. Second order now, September 4th. XXXLutz cannot deliver the order, provide no info. This is a rule for them! Avoid them!

Anything and everything you could want in a home store. I ended up getting a set of 16 wine glasses for $40 euros and a picture of a highland cow for $50. We only had about an hour so definitely need to go back when I have more time because there were parts of the store that I didn’t get to explore.
