Huge place with a lot of Options. Very friendly and efficient staff.

Big variety of goods. Some prices are very high even with the high discounts of 20%, on some items even more up to 50% and more. Friendly staff. We bought lamps for approximately 1300 Euros. Some lamps were not fitting to our rooms, so we gave them back. Big confusion where to give them back. Warehouse were taking them. But we had to go inside to get the credit. Inside was mentioned that we had to do that inside and not in the warehouse, where we picked them up. Very unsatisfied that we got only a credit but not a cash back. Now we need to spend them there even we perhaps don’t want.

Our visit to Regensburg in December was delightful, especially our stop at XXXLutz! Their breathtaking Christmas decorations created a festive atmosphere, and we were impressed by the extensive selection of home goods, from stylish kitchenware to cozy textiles. Terrible customer service. It is going on a 3 months now and we still have the wrong lamp. Ordered the first one in the store before Christmas, after we tracked down the only employee working in the light section. It arrived in the store months later and we were notified to pick it up. Drove the long drive back to the store to see it was the wrong lamp. Turned it back in to the warehouse, got a refund, tracked down a new light section employee. The lamp we ordered was no longer hung up in the store. She re-ordered the supposed correct lamp and said she would ship it to our house. It showed up a week later, wrong lamp again. It is the smaller version of what we ordered. My wife has played telephone tag for an additional month now, and we finally got a call saying there is a mistake in their system and we would have to pay €100 more for the correct lamp. Worst customer service ever!!!

I bought a table online (it wasn't a cheap one) and when we arrived the quality was terrible, the wood had cracks all around. I contacted the Kundenservice and it took 3 months until I could get it exchanged. After 3 months, I got a new table which also had cracks in the wood! The same poor quality was again in the product. I decided to give it back and get a refund. Kundenservice was again as good as the table. After many emails and calls I finally got my money back. This is their service: 6 months and no table.
