Highly not recommended save your time and go somewhere where patients are treated with respect regardless of their background. The front desk staff specifically the woman working at the reception treated me with extreme coldness and rudeness. She bluntly stated that I must speak German and showed zero empathy for my physical pain or concerns. A medical practice is meant to help people who are suffering and kindness and basic human decency should be expected. I felt highly unwelcome as an international.

Dr Gradel and the whole staff were very friendly, kind, and helpful whenever I needed. I had a surgery in Passau in June and they helped me a lot.

Schamloser Rassismus. Went with my partner to the clinic, the reception girl asked me to wait outside on the stairs! Surprisingly when i insisted, i went to the waiting room to find another couple waiting. It is only happening to me as a foreigner.
