Managed to get a spot next to the river with EHU. Not too noisy and very relaxing. Easy access by foot or hike to town. Clean toilets. Spaces with shade available on the site.

15 euros per night, tarmac huge car park with EHU pitches available, toilet emptying, pay for water, refuse point. It's on the riverbank where you can watch the massively long boats pass by, great stop near to bridge into old town. We got here at 11.15am and plenty of places to park. Toilets are shut.

Great location. Obviously (see previous reviews) with some drawbacks, but overall the walking distance to the city (follow the foothpath southbound along the river to cross & enter via the OLD bridge rather than via the newer one at/over the parking) is well worth it. The camper spots on the waterfront are indeed too small (as are the regular car spots off the water) but just drive under the bridge to the other side/half of the parking lot, which was mostly empty when we visited (in May). Officially that side is meant for buses, but we used it (& got a much better view, on a nice green park instead of on lots of other cars) and of course nobody cared. Those non-camper spots do NOT have electricity though. Fresh water available near the parking entrance at 100L/1€ (coins-only). Note: parking +beneath+ the bridge itself can be rather noisy & echoing!

Great parking facility, had ehu, paid at meter. €15 to park for the night, about 35 vans there,not all had ehu. Toilet block fenced off for repair work, so no facility. Walk into town over the famous "meet for a wine bridge" took no more than 15 minutes by the river.

Great stopover for Wurzburg - lots of room, the river spaces are the prime positions and there are lots of electric points that you can pay a couple of euro (you need coins) for. Even if you don’t get the front position then lots of room in the car park, but more difficult for electric. There is a service point towards the exit but didn’t use it. Nice walk across a choice of bridges into town. When you arrive you take a ticket and pay for your time on exit, I think around €16 for 24 hours. Very quiet when we were there in June and lots of barge watching as they pass so close
