We had a nice typical late lunch there, with good food (we’re not Bavarian food experts but we thought it was very tasty) and typical efficient but not very friendly service, like in most other places. I think the waiters were overworked, and probably fed up with tourists. But it was alright.

The restaurant is great, the food was delicious, and the atmosphere was very nice. Special thanks to the waiter Fahdb — very friendly, professional, and welcoming. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely come again.

Nice spot to stop for a drink or dinner. Had drinks while walking then went back for a meal, shared single person mixed starter then had veal schnitzel each. Food was nice but had some gristle in my schnitzel. What I liked not being a heavy beer drinker was the larger I chose, slightly tropical more like a hazy ipa, hard to find in Nuremberg.

We absolutely will be back. My husband ordered the Schnitzel with kartoffsalat and I ordered the Pork with potato dumplings. The pork was tender and fell apart in your mouth. Sauce with the pork paired fabulously. Schnitzel according to my husband was also great! We ordered the chocolate cake for dessert... ughh so good. Service was great and have no complaints.

Very Good. Firstly, the decor is great and the establishment is clean - the only two things I needed to know I made a good choice. The staff are super friendly and I appreciated their helpfulness - specifically directing me to the toilet and speaking to me in English when I was struggling to order in German. Absolutely appreciated kind sirs, thank you. Now the food I gave 4/5 stars and the only reason for that was because of personal preference on each dish. I had the Nürnberger Brutwurst mit Kartoffelsalad (Sauerkraut is the other option) and the Apfelstrudel for dessert. The thing I didn't like was the fruit on the side with Apfelstrudel. By the taste they were definitely soaked in alcohol, my guess is rum, and in my opinion they don't work with the dish. That being said I'm being very picky. The main dish was mostly great. The sausages themselves and the mustard went great together and the potato salad was pretty solid but not the best. Finally, the beer was marvelous, schnapps not so much in my opinion. Total cost price of around 33-35 euros. I would eat here again purely for the service and the food itself being pretty decent.
