In my experience, the communication and customer service were disappointing. The company requested my personal details and a copy of my ID, and they also sent me a signed sales contract for the vehicle on the same day. However, I was later informed that the car was no longer available because it had already been sold to someone else. Based on the purchase, I had already reserved a trailer, which resulted in approximately €200 in costs. I also found it difficult to obtain clarification, as my attempts to reach the responsible person were unsuccessful. I am additionally concerned about how my personal data is being handled. I provided personal information, including identification documents, but I did not receive clear information regarding data processing or GDPR compliance. Overall, my experience was frustrating due to the lack of transparency and the inconsistency between the information provided and the actual availability of the vehicle.
