München is in Bayern, in the south, the country's industrial powerhouse around Munich and Stuttgart with the Alps and the Black Forest on the doorstep; winters bring snow and the occasional warm Föhn wind, summers are the warmest in Germany, and living costs are the highest. For directions in München, Google Maps and the DB Navigator app cover public transport times and walking routes, and most towns have well-marked cycle lanes. Local transport tickets must be bought or validated before boarding, and parking near busy streets is limited and metered.

Wiener Platz Bier Garten was an amazing experience. The communal dining experience allowed us to feel immersed in the friendly environment of great food and drink. The atmosphere alone is worth the visit.

a market square named after the adjoining inner street that was the start of the connection road between Munich and Vienna in the 19th century. it started in 1889 and many markets of flowers, wine fish and meat are located in the area where you can sit, relax enjoy a taste of wine or in the summer you have one of the largest biergardens in Munich : Hofbräukeller. you can spot St.John's church from here.
