Meine Erfahrung mit diesem Laden ist leider durchweg negativ. Das war für mich das erste und definitiv auch das letzte Mal. Ich kann diesen Laden absolut nicht weiterempfehlen. Der Umgang mit Kunden ist aus meiner Sicht unprofessionell. Auf höfliche Fragen wird teilweise unfreundlich oder sogar respektlos reagiert. Man hat das Gefühl, dass die Mitarbeiter sich überlegen fühlen und alles besser zu wissen scheinen, anstatt kundenorientiert und erklärend zu handeln. Besonders problematisch ist die Preisgestaltung. Zunächst einmal sind die Preise aus meiner Sicht deutlich zu hoch für die erbrachte Leistung. Darüber hinaus werden vorab keine klaren Preise genannt. Stattdessen erhält man lediglich einen Abholschein, auf dem nur Datum und Uhrzeit vermerkt sind – jedoch keinerlei Preisangabe. Die Kosten werden lediglich mündlich genannt und nicht schriftlich festgehalten. Beim Abholen weichen die Preise dann teilweise deutlich ab. Das wirkt intransparent und ist für mich nicht akzeptabel. Auf meine konkrete Nachfrage, wo der Preis auf meinem Abholschein vermerkt sei – da mir zuvor gesagt wurde, dass dieser dort immer eingetragen wird – konnte mir die Mitarbeiterin zunächst keine klare A

Service war gut und schnell. ABER das erneuern eines Zippers vom Reisverschluss in 10min mit 19,50€ zu berechnen ist eine absolute Frechheit. Nie wieder. Danke

Nette Mitarbeiter und schnelle Arbeit. Habe den Reißverschluss an meinem Rucksack austauschen lassen, da der alte kaputt war. Innerhalb kurzer Zeit war der Rucksack fertig und der neue Reißverschluss wurde auch gut eingenäht. Leider ist die Qualität des neuen Reißverschlusses ziemlich billig, vor allem im Vergleich zum Original. Dafür war das ganze mit knapp 50 € doch ziemlich teuer. Das nächste mal werde ich mir wohl einfach den Rucksack neu kaufen. p.s.: Der Inhaber lässt unliebsame Rezensionen löschen.

Ich hätte wenn möglich noch weniger geben. Pijama hose abkürzen hat 18,5 euro gekostet. So viel haben die hose gekostet. Die Preise sind nirgendwo zu sehen, deshalb vermeiden ist das beste.
