WERNER STREHL WOHNBAU GMBH

Located at Feldbergstraße 80, 81825 München-Trudering-Riem, WERNER STREHL WOHNBAU GMBH operates as a bauunternehmen serving München in Bayern. This page gathers the practical details people usually look for before visiting: where it is, how to reach it, when it opens and how customers rate it.

Hiring a tradesperson in Germany works best with a clear brief: describe the job, ask for a written Kostenvoranschlag, agree on timing and payment stages, and confirm who supplies the materials. The quote should state whether 19% VAT is included, and a Meisterbetrieb or Innung membership is a sign of formal qualification. Many firms visit before quoting and then send the estimate by e-mail or WhatsApp, which leaves you a record of what was agreed. Keep the Handwerkerrechnung: part of the labour cost is tax-deductible.

Opening hours are published for 7 days a week. On most of those days it is open 12–6 am. Hours in Germany do change around public holidays, and many businesses close for a day or two over Christmas and Easter, so a quick call before a special trip is sensible. The listed phone number is 0176 24558994. Calling ahead is the norm in Germany for reservations and for confirming that a small business is open that day; e-mail or WhatsApp is the common alternative if you would rather write than speak. Its website is strehl-wohnbau.de, where you may find menus, price lists or booking options.

It has a Google rating of 3.0 out of 5, though from only 2 reviews so far, so treat the score as an early indication rather than a verdict.

München is in Bayern, in the south, the country's industrial powerhouse around Munich and Stuttgart with the Alps and the Black Forest on the doorstep; winters bring snow and the occasional warm Föhn wind, summers are the warmest in Germany, and living costs are the highest. Getting around München is easiest by U-Bahn, S-Bahn, tram and bus, all covered by the Deutschlandticket that is valid on local and regional transport across Bayern and beyond; parking in city centres is scarce and either paid or limited by Parkscheibe, so public transport or a bike is usually quicker than driving.
