Weltbio Kino-Center

As an older American I always remember the intimacy and fun I always had in the theater growing up. The smaller and fun theaters have always been my favorite. I chose Weltbio every time as my go-to theater in town as it reminds me of the days when the theater experience was as important as the film itself. It is a throwback theater to a better time. A much better experience than the over-priced theater chains which nickel and dime the visitors through concessions and leave your butt sore from uncomfortable seating. If you are a theater fan like me, support the small theaters like Weltbio. We need to keep them around as long as we can. This is the way film was meant to be seen. I will always recommend Weltbio and will always chose it above any other in town. (And their English language films also help as they have them at decent times and good films every time!)

My personal favourite. The prices are as cheap as they were during my youth, two decades past. The cinema is set up as it was years ago, so don't expect something modern high quality stuff. The best kinda cinema if you are looking for a small cozy feeling.

It's such a wonderful movie theater!! Not only do I get to watch movies in english, but the staff is super friendly. Prices are definitely reasonable for tickets, snacks, and drinks. Everyone go to Weltbio for a fun movie night!

O.K. theatre. Screens are really small and seats, sound system are also average. Feels more like a home theatre than a proper movie theatre. But, only place in Schweinfurt for watching english movies. So, unfortunately no other option!

The prices for the movie tickets and for popcorn are good. The only down side was that the screen was not that big.
