Boot wouldn't close while on a trip to berlin on saturday, came in, garage was closed but someone was still around who helped us, with a temporary fix (permanent one was not immediatly possible), enough to drive back to the Netherlands. He wouldnt accept any money for helping us out. Very kind.

I bought a second-hand car (Volvo XC60, 2018) from this dealer. The contact person was Mr. Jannik Reisert, who had a remarkable behavior. Mr. Reisert gave me details about the car and he answered all of my questions. The car was delivered in good conditions, as stipulated in the contract, and it has all the described features. After The registration procedures were completed, I sent them the proof and the VAT was refunded. I highly recommend this automobile dealer, especially Mr. Reisert, whose conduct was impeccable.

This is how I want to be treated as a customer, I have nothing but words of praise for the employees and the overal feeling of the car showroom. We ended up buying a Volvo V60 Cross Country, and the car is also exactly what we wanted. I came to the showrom not knowing exactly what I wanted to buy, but after consulting the salesperson, I went home already with a car in mind, one of the two which were recommended to me at the dealership. A week later, we arranged a test drive of both recommended cars, and the things were crystall clear for us, we wanted the V60 CC. Mr. Vogel, our salesperson, was very polite and accommodating in every way. He even stayed with us for more than an extra hour after the working hours have ended to get things finished for us while we were there. On a Saturday! Everything else was also top notch, and even thought we live on a competletely opposite side of the city, I never regretted going all the way there, I just can´t imagine buying a Volvo elsewhere now. I also didn´t have the time to do the registration, and buy the winter tyres and wheels, but Mr. Vogel arranged everything for us, and I was able to just pick up the car, registered in my name, with w
