Overall, the service was okay and the staff were friendly. The result was not exactly the style I was looking for, but it was still acceptable. I would appreciate it if they could offer a wider range of designs, especially when customers show reference photos. There was also one occasion when they told me during the nail appointment that they could not do the design I had originally requested, which was a little disappointing. However, they still tried to provide an alternative, and the final result was acceptable. One positive point is their customer service. I broke my nails twice after about a week, and when I went back, they fixed them again for free, which I really appreciated. However, I hope they can improve the quality and durability of the nails, as I have visited many nail salons before and this is the first time I have experienced this issue. The prices are reasonable and not too expensive, which is definitely a plus. Overall, it is an okay salon with good customer service, but there is still room for improvement in terms of design options, quality, and durability.

I went to this place about 6 months ago for pedicure with Shellack. The place was dirty and there was really strong smell of chemicals. I should have walked away immediately. But the price was good, so I stayed. When I removed the shellack one month later, my nails looked weird. I went to the dermatologist and got diagnosed with nail fungus. My nails are still recovering. It’s been a long journey. Trust me, it’s not worth it!

I recently visited "We Do Nails" in Schwabing, Munich, and was very impressed. The staff were friendly and professional, providing excellent service in a clean and elegant environment. I had a Shellac manicure, and the technician's attention to detail was outstanding. Highly recommend!
