Ist derzeit aufgrund von Umbauten geschlossen, worauf man, zumindest auf google, nicht hingewiesen wird

Mein altes Sparbuch soll aufgelöst werden. Der "Kundenservice" teilt mir mit, dass sie mein Anliegen nicht bearbeiten können. Sie finden mich in ihrer Datenbank nicht. Ich schicke Bilder des Sparbuchs und bekomme daraufhin gar keine Antwort mehr. Kundenservice? Fehlanzeige!

Anmaßungen des Personals in rekordverdächtiger Schlamperei durch diesen Van Lindt und der ist nun mal fast ein richtiger - Anwalt, es wird wohl gewisse Gründe warum keine eigene Kanzlei und deshalb nur angestellter ist, der nix zum melden hat aber meint er kann die Kunden zurechtweisen, ein Armutszeugnis der Laden!

VoBa Augsburg: - Hat die mir zustehende Differenz von erlaubten und erhobenen Kontoführungsgebühren nicht erstattet. Um auf diese Idee zu kommen, dafür reichte es nicht. - Hat rund drei Wochen für Kartensperrung und Kontoauflösung gebraucht - und natürlich Kontoführungsgebühren für den angebrochenen Monat erhoben - weit nach Zustellung des Kontoauflösungs-Einschreibens. Für diese Idee reichte "es" bei der Bank. Ist halt eine Bank. => Alles formal in Ordnung, es ist ja nicht so, daß es illegal wäre. Bin dort aber nicht zufällig weg. PS, VoBa-Konditionen: Um dort ein Konto zu haben, muß man Anteilseigner werden - auf dieses Geld werde ich jetzt rund zwei Jahre warten müssen. Nur so nebenbei. Viel Spaß bei der Werbung von Neukunden! --- PPS: Den paar abgezockten Euros laufe ich nicht hinterher - Fazit ist aber, daß die Bank sich hier für wenig Geld viel schlechtes Feedback eingekauft hat. Meine Rezension wird hier so schnell nicht verschwinden. War es das wert? ---
