VW is a high quality brand and the same is expected also on the customer service. Unfortunately Fleischauer failed to meet these expectations. First of all, I had to go there again to get the second key, and hda to wait 45 minutes because the key was in the safe and the person who can open the safe was not there. Then they offered me a floor mats for free as an apology, for which I also had to go there 2 times to pick them up. Now I received an invoice for the free floor mats. They make everything harder than it should be and it seems like there is a lack of communication within the teams.

Very difficult to make an appointment. You have to call a receptionist first who will take your number, then someone else from the shop will call at some point, maybe not even next day. It seems the place is stuck in the 1960’s. It’s time to start using the online system or at least train a receptionist how to schedule simple services.
