Fantastic service and professionalism! As a foreigner from Hungary, I have been looking for a GTI Golf for quite some time. Since I contacted Auto-Scholz, Nicolas M. replied within an hour. Since this was my first time buying a car in Germany I really needed a trusted salon to guide me through the purchase. Nic answered all the questions I had with professionalism. He was very helpful with setting up the export process which was completed within days. All I did was arrive and drive the car back home to Hungary. Super service, quick responses and very kind attitude. He knew everything about the car. I can only recommend them!

We would like to sincerely thank Florian Cron for guiding us through the process of buying our Volkswagen Tiguan about a month ago. From start to finish, it was a very comfortable and reassuring experience. Florian was professional, honest, and extremely helpful throughout the entire process. He answered all our questions clearly and made sure we felt confident at every step. We especially appreciated the extensive test drive he offered (up to two hours) which was far more than most dealers. All the issues we had questions about were carefully checked and resolved before we finalized the purchase. Florian also helped us choose the best insurance plan and service package by explaining all the available options in detail and handling all the paperwork for us. Thanks to his support, everything went smoothly and stress-free. Now that we've had plenty of time to drive the car, we can confidently say it was an excellent purchase. We highly recommend working with Florian if you are looking for a smooth, trustworthy, and professional car buying experience!

I recently got a VW T-Cross from Auto-Scholz, Bamberg, and I can’t say enough good things about my experience. Florian Cron, was incredibly kind and patient - even though the paperwork took a bit longer than expected, he was professional throughout the entire process. He took the time to answer all my questions, explain everything clearly, was constantly providing update and made sure I felt comfortable with my decision—no pressure, just genuine help. It’s rare to find such a positive and stress-free car-buying experience, and I’m thrilled with both the car and the service. Highly recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a VW!

I was interested in a car and spent a week trying to contact the sellers both by email and phone. They were always busy (or off?) and I never got a response to my emails. I was supposed to be called back, that never happened either. Called them again today to hear that the car is already sold. They also indicated that they do not want to sell to non-Germans, why is that, I have no idea. Don't go here. I'll spend my money elsewhere!
