The worst walk in hospital I have ever visited. 6 hours sitting in the waiting room by myself, and I didn’t got to see a doctor. I gave up and left the property, as from my conversation with the admission nurse(which was hell of a rude person, and I can’t believe she chose to work in medicine with that attitude), I was very low on prio list(I couldn’t stand on my leg and it was twice the normal size, but hey, my vitals were only “slightly”elevated). Stay away from this place!

I went in emergency, The admission process was quick and efficient, and most of the staff were helpful and professional. The doctors and staff on the morning shift were especially kind, attentive, and made me feel comfortable during my stay. However, my experience with one doctor on the afternoon shift was very disappointing. His behavior came across as rude and lacking empathy, which was quite disturbing during an already stressful time. While I appreciate the good care provided by the rest of the team, I believe all patients deserve to be treated with respect and compassion regardless of the shift

DO NOT RECOMMEND. The most terrible emergency walk in service I’ve ever received. Waited 4 hours despite a terrible bike accident and a major head injury. Cuts and bruises all over head and body with a prominent headache worsening in pain, blurry vision and not being able to see out of left eye. This hospital does not prioritise people with severity of symptoms AT ALL (sprained wrists and broken arms seen before us - a head injury always requires immediate CT scan to check for internal bleeding which takes about 5 mins). Granted there were ambulance admissions, but at its worst there was 6-10 people in the ER (on a Tuesday evening). According to the Manchester Triage System - head injuries with altered vision should be seen within 10 minutes!!! Genuinely shocked by the standard of care and service we received. The reception staff showed a complete lack of empathy and urgency. While my boyfriend was experiencing light sensitivity and altered vision, we were simply told to sit and wait in the waiting room while receptionist / admitting staff were chatting and drinking soft drinks in the office. My biggest concern was the lack of basic care while we waited from 10pm–4am. He was not

Worked in the ER in various NYC hospitals for several years. This is one of the worst run emergency rooms I have ever seen. The facility is poorly staffed and maintained. Their waiting system is a scam and does not actually provide any accurate information. It’s said the exact same wait time for 3 hours. Medical staff rudely slap-aside anyone who asks a question. I’m shocked that a city like Berlin has such poor medical facilities. Update: they put patients in physicians rooms unattended for long periods of time with no medical attention whatsoever and the sensitive medical data of other patients just lying around in fron of our eyes. Medical records violations all over.

I had a very distressing experience at this hospital. The admission process was quick, and I clearly stated that I was being seen for a suspected thrombosis. Despite this, it took 7 hours before a doctor reviewed my blood results. Unfortunately, the levels were elevated, meaning further testing was required to rule out thrombosis. However, I was then told that during the weekend there was no specialist available to perform the necessary examination. It took 10 hours in total before I was sent home — with strong medication for a possible thrombosis — and instructed to return on Monday. The hallway was full of beds, nurses were clearly overwhelmed and had no time, and there were only two doctors for far too many patients. I had only eaten breakfast and was told no food was available. The person accompanying me was not allowed inside. The trauma doctor was kind and professional, and the doctor who eventually treated me did his best. It is clear the staff is severely understaffed. However, if a hospital knows it cannot properly assess a suspected thrombosis during the weekend, this should be communicated immediately.
