The staff here is very helpful, always willing to explain exercises if needed, and they are fluent in English which means a lot! Besides that the atmosphere is very nice: the music isn't loud at all and people are friendly. The gym is very clean. Overall a great place.

The old lady in reception is absolutely insane and rude.

Pros: 1. Really good and a Positive environment. 2. Excellent Staff speaks English as well. 3. Less Crowded (No long waiting Times for Machines) 4. Motivated People. 5. Good Sauna. Cons: 1. Some Modern Machines like Hammer strength could be introduced. 2. Enough Machines though but still some more Machines with more Angles to train all strength curves could be superb. This could make this gym one of the best Gyms in Aschaffenburg with a decent Price.
