I got great service from this shop and good consultation for my health problems. Also got good advice on products. They also spoke English which was very convenient for me. I will definitely be back for my next visit to Berlin.

The most offensive customer service I’ve ever experienced! Even though we politely said we didn’t need (or want) the woman’s help, she kept talking at us and said “you must both be in the weight loss phase” making a wild (and incorrect) assumption about me and my partner for no reason at all. Outrageously rude!! Absolutely unacceptable comment from an employee!

Die Verkäuferin (ältere Dame) ist sehr unfreundlich. Sie hat mich streng angesprochen und gebeten zu gehen, nur weil ich mir ein paar Minuten ein Produkt angesehen habe und nicht gleich kaufen wollte. Ich fand es sehr aufdringlich. Sie sagte, entweder soll ich jetzt etwas kaufen oder ich soll gehen. Ich bin dann kommentarlos gegangen. Soetwas hatte ich noch nie von einer Verkäuferin gehört. Ich habe dann bei Allnatura meine Produkte gekauft. Dort durfte ich mir das Produkt inruhe ansehen und mich entscheiden. Ich habe für 210 € eingekauft. Ich frage mich nur, wo hat diese Verkäuferin ihre Ausbildung als Verkäuferin gelernt?! Verkaufen will sie sicherlich nicht. Reformhaus Vitalia GmbH sollte lieber die Mitarbeiterinnen testen, bevor sie sie einstellen, sonst verlieren sie dadurch viele zahlende Kunden. Ich vergebe NULL Sterne, wenn dies möglich wäre.
