Super unfreundliches Personal, wir kommen bestimmt nicht wieder, da hat Regensburg zum Glück genug Alternativen zu bieten. Ihr solltet euer Personal am besten mal in Freundlichkeit und Service schulen.

Die Weinberatung und der Kaufprozess waren enttäuschend und bereiteten überhaupt keine Freude. Ihre Servicequalität hat meine Erwartungen nicht erfüllt. Verbesserungen in der Kundenbetreuung und im Beratungsansatz wären wünschenswert, um ein angenehmeres Einkaufserlebnis zu gewährleisten.

Diese Vinothek liegt gut, nahe zu der Steinernen Brücke. Bie bestem Wetter hatte der Inhaber gut zu tun, obwohl die Weinauswahl begrenzt war. Vor dem Lokal ist dann auch schön Weintrinken in der Nachmittagssonne. Der Wein hervorragend, der Preis dazu angemessen und da kommen wir gerne wieder her

It is small wine shop in the north of city center. They sell the many high quality wines of Germany, French and Italy. I purchased the Spatburgunder wine produced Pfalz and it is really high quality. Shop owner explained the wine professionally and served the another tasting.

Wir waren letzten Samstag durch Zufall auf diese tolle Vinoteque gestoßen. Ich muss zuerst ein großes Lob dem Besitzer aussprechen für seiner Kompetenz, sein Fachwissen und seine Beratung. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefüllt. Nur weiter zu empfehlen. Liebe Grüße aus Tramin/Südtirol
