Authentic Italian food and excellent service A wonderful Italian restaurant with a clear focus on quality rather than quantity. Every dish was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared, making it clear that great ingredients are a priority here. The service was outstanding—friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming from start to finish. The prices are very reasonable for both the quality of the food and the location. Situated right next to the TV Tower on a pedestrian-only square, you can enjoy your meal without the noise of traffic, which creates a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere. Highly recommended if you’re looking for authentic Italian food in the heart of Berlin!

Had a really nice time at Vincenzo – Italian Restaurant & Bar in Alexanderplatz 🍝✨ The food was delicious — everything tasted fresh and full of flavour. The salmon was perfectly cooked and the whole meal was really enjoyable. The atmosphere was lovely, especially sitting outside, and the service was friendly and attentive which made the experience even better. Such a nice spot in Berlin for a relaxed meal — would definitely come back! 🤍

Very disappointing Valentine’s dinner! had a reservation but waited 15 minutes to be seated, despite me being visibly 8 months pregnant. Several staff members ignored us. Our table wasn’t prepared and we were initially offered a spot behind a coat rack and strollers. When we declined, the waiter walked off without assisting us. Upstairs there was no Valentine’s atmosphere at all. We waited 45 minutes for food and everything (appetizers and mains) arrived at once. The lasagna was dry and sitting in watery, unseasoned tomato sauce. The steak ordered medium arrived rare and cold — without even a steak knife. Restrooms were unclean and required payment. The bill also included a mandatory 10% tip without prior notice (not standard in Germany). Overall, a very poorly managed and disappointing experience.

We had an excellent meal and the wait staff really tried to make your comfortable, especially Ms Lovely Amaro.. Definitely try them out. We loved the lambchops 🥰

Great place with great food and better attention. I asked for a red beer and as i didn’t like it they change it to a normal beer with no problem. The only bad thing was the delay between the food. I had to wait for almost ten minutes for my food, while my familiy was already eating theirs.
