Nürnberg is in Bayern, in the south, the country's industrial powerhouse around Munich and Stuttgart with the Alps and the Black Forest on the doorstep; winters bring snow and the occasional warm Föhn wind, summers are the warmest in Germany, and living costs are the highest. Getting around Nürnberg is easiest by U-Bahn, S-Bahn, tram and bus, all covered by the Deutschlandticket that is valid on local and regional transport across Bayern and beyond; parking in city centres is scarce and either paid or limited by Parkscheibe, so public transport or a bike is usually quicker than driving.

Perfekt sauber..sehr nett

I visited here a dozen times or so. Good location and clean. Before adhan they have a speech about their construction and charity projects and talk through the adhan. That is poor adab. The chief at the microphone should really stop talking immediately upon call of the adhan. The caller to prayer is regularly a youngster from their madrasah whose voice is not up to standard for the job. They are not giving the adhan the necessary etiquette and dedication due. During Ramadan all of Nürnberg mosques offer Iftar to the public for free. Only this mosque does not and excludes anyone who is not part of their community. The tarawih night prayers in Ramadhan are prayed at such a speed that the letters of the recitation of the holy Quran are at times not fully audible and is a disrespect to the sanctity of the holy Quran. In all, I wish they would improve on these aspects: respect for the adhan and be more open to the public and wider community.
