About Viktoria Garage

Located at Methfesselstraße 40, 10965 Berlin, Viktoria Garage operates as a parkhäuser serving Berlin in Berlin. This page gathers the practical details people usually look for before visiting: where it is, how to reach it, when it opens and how customers rate it.

For anything on wheels, from a tyre change to a new vehicle, the basics apply: confirm the price up front, ask about the warranty on parts and labour, and get a receipt. Third-party insurance is compulsory, and the dealer will usually arrange the registration (Zulassung) and number plates for you. Busy periods are the tyre-change weeks in spring and autumn and the days before the summer holidays, and breakdown cover through ADAC or your insurer is worth having.

Opening hours are published for 2 days a week. On most of those days it is open 24 Stunden geöffnet. Hours in Germany do change around public holidays, and many businesses close for a day or two over Christmas and Easter, so a quick call before a special trip is sensible. You can reach Viktoria Garage on 030 60985669; calling is usually the quickest way to ask about availability, prices or directions, and many businesses also take enquiries and bookings by e-mail or WhatsApp. More information is available on its website, viktoriagarage.de.

Its Google rating stands at 3.0 out of 5 from 8 reviews, which is below average for the category; consider the recent reviews carefully before visiting.

Berlin is in the state of Berlin, the capital and largest city of Germany; summers are warm, winters grey and cold with occasional snow, and the dense U-Bahn, S-Bahn, tram and bus network puts most businesses within a few minutes' walk of a stop. German addresses put the street name before the house number, followed by the five-digit postcode and the town, as in "Marienplatz 8, 80331 München". The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

Absolutely not recommended — easily one of the worst experiences I’ve had in Berlin. I cancelled my booking with confirmation, yet they still charged my credit card and have since ignored every email, call, and WhatsApp message. Extremely unprofessional and borderline scammy behavior. Regarding the garage itself: The management is completely unreliable. The access token barely works — it only opens one specific door, meaning you often can’t use the elevator to reach your own parking spot. If your garage unit is deeper inside, you’ll end up walking long distances through poorly lit areas just to find the correct entrance. The lighting is broken in many sections, making the entire experience unsafe and unacceptable. Overall: terrible service, terrible infrastructure, terrible management. Avoid at all costs. P.S you will find the general manager of the garage in the reviews here acting like a “customer”: this should tell you everything.

Absolut in Ordnung.

Unorganisiertes Backoffice besser Finger davon lassen.
