An amazing experience. The restaurant is small and cosy. The service was exemplary, we tried a non alcoholic pairing and one wine pairing, both were amazing, the wine pairing was the best we had in a micheline restaurant. The food was amazing, no words can describe appropriately how good it was.

Really innovative techniques with an focus on using local ingredients akin to Noma. The technique , flavors and creativity behind every dish along with a detailed explanation truly made it a memorable experience more. I particularly appreciated their focus on various ways to make “garum” and flavored oils from what would be considered “waste products”. The service was immaculate and the wine pairings were well thought out to match and complement the taste of the dishes.

The perfect match from classy and cosy. Very nice guys. Doing everything with heart. Unbelievable taste combinations. Very nice and friendly young and high motivated team. Good prices. As a tea drinker- one more star from my side…. ♥️

Casual and relaxed 1 Michelin Star Restaurant. Service friendly and helpful . Most dishes were fantastic with the Trout standing i out most of all. Room for improvement on the blue cheese and dessert. Wine choice also very good.

Overall Good quality food, very creative and fresh at still a great price for a Michelin restaraunt. It’s not your typical uptight atmosphere it’s very casual. it did catch us off guard I probably would have picked a more up scale attitude for our event but it’s not a big deal, I’m glad we found this place. but we would definitely rather come with friends next time and have fun with great food in the casual, but classy environment. (Parking is a pain)
