Salons, spas and fitness studios in Germany are best booked ahead, especially for evenings and Saturdays, and most now take bookings online or through WhatsApp as well as by phone. Agree the service and the price before you start, note that many salons close on Mondays, and tip 5-10% in cash if you are happy. Gyms usually ask for a 12- or 24-month contract, with the monthly rate falling the longer you sign up for, so read the cancellation clause.

Berlin is in the state of Berlin, the capital and largest city of Germany; summers are warm, winters grey and cold with occasional snow, and the dense U-Bahn, S-Bahn, tram and bus network puts most businesses within a few minutes' walk of a stop. German addresses put the street name before the house number, followed by the five-digit postcode and the town, as in "Marienplatz 8, 80331 München". The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

I love it that there is still an unpretentious space where the focus is on the actual content and quality of guidance and instruction, rather than merely the aesthetics of the studio and instructor. Go to Eva for flows that challenge your balance and control. Go to Sheila to practice incorporating strength into your postures. Go to Grace for fun aerobic style dancing with an amazing playlist. And go to Anabel for a challenging, but fully supported breathwork journey. It seems like breathwork practice in Berlin often overlaps with places and people that aspire to cult status, so I personally wouldn't feel safe practicing with anyone else! I don't think culty vibes mix well with anything really, but especially not something that can feel as intimate as breathwork. Anabel keeps things grounded and focused on the participants.

For the first time after many great experiences via USC throughout all of Berlin, I would even give 0/5 stars, but since this is not possible it's gonna be 1/5 for the really nice location ;-) This ain't breathwork at all. Teacher obviously only concerned with the class going "her way" instead of enabling participants to have a safe and deep journey in their pace. It started with a very rude command that I have to lay down, otherwise she "would not be able to give her class". I usually stay seated in breathing meditations because I prefer to focus on Here & Now presence and not on regression. There was no space to tell that I need this for my own feeling of safety. A mindful teacher should have understanding or at least ask why this is so important? In many breathwork formats except for Holotropic, you are free to chose your position, even standing. So her remark, "I have never seen someone doing this" kind of gives away that she cannot be very deep in this world. For the Reiki part, no comment, because I have no reference experience to that. The breathing "journey" consisted in instructions all over the place, 'put your eyes there', 'breathe like this', 'now everyone make a sou

Very nice studio and I recommend Elyra as your yoga teacher for a sweet and memorable lesson :)

Excellent instruction from helpful, knowledgeable teachers (Nicole, Sarah, etc.), but there are regularly these entitled digital nomad tourists who show up late, don't know where anything is and loudly interrupt class. It sadly takes away from the experience when your teacher has to stop instruction to show someone where the mats are located 5 minutes after the class was supposed to have started. We're all new or late at some point, but the high turnover of such students means that the process repeats itself regularly. Maybe the staff could set time limits or close/lock the door? Otherwise, I highly recommend!

I love this studio. The instructors are really nice, polite and experienced. The classes are well taught and your postures are corrected when needed. Good tips given verbally as well. Overall, a spiritual but yet satisfying asana practice is offered.
