On 10/06 we purchased products, which were not cheap, for almost 300 euros. I asked to receive a tax refund confirmation form. I was told to return in a day or two because the system for issuing the appropriate confirmation wasn't working. On 12/06 I came to the store and it turned out that the system was still not working. A Uniqlo employee sent me to another shopping center in the city center where I could supposedly receive the confirmation form for the tax refund. I wasted an hour getting there and to my surprise the tax refund office was not willing to accept me and they had already informed Uniqlo that they would not accept their customers. This kind of attitude from a large chain towards a customer is disrespectful and offensive.

Sarah provided exceptional customer service. I had an issue with the alteration of a pair of trousers that had been shortened more than intended, and she handled the situation professionally and efficiently. She guided me through the entire process, patiently assisting me every step of the way. Despite it being close to closing time, she remained attentive and supportive until the matter was resolved. 5 star only for the customer service provided with dedication by Sarah

A large, two-story Uniqlo store with fitting rooms on both the ground floor and the upper floor. I find the checkout area somewhat insufficient: self-checkout counters are in the majority -which i love in general- but there are only two regular counters available for returns and exchanges. The click & collect section on the upper floor is well-organized and fast. Right next to it, there is also an area where you can have embroidery and similar customizations done on your items. The staff are friendly, quick, and very helpful.

Really disappointing experience at the Munich outlet. I’m a long-time Uniqlo customer and was excited to finally get some world-class retail in this city where shopping feels quite dated but my first experience (after weeks of just observing the queues) was super bad and - if representative - quite damaging to the Uniqlo brand which normally brings japanese standards to the world. We went to the shop at 7.45pm and were sent away rudely by the bouncer (?!) even though the shop closed at 8 (which is crazy early but the law) and I said i only wanted to collect my click and collect. Was told to return he next day but after insisting i was generously allowed in - while my partner was made to wait outside in the snow. After entering the code at the click and collect terminal and being told to wait by the machine, no one attended to me and I was just standing next to a few staff who didn’t acknowledge my standing there looking at them. Ten minutes later I managed to get some eye contact and was able to ask about my delivery‘s whereabouts. It was then handed to me quite promptly but the whole experience was end-to-end humiliating. This is unreal. And 3 hours after opening, I wonder if it's possible that so many people are not at work at that time 😄 ... 5 stars only because I regularly shop at Uniqlo, but in Vietnam and I'm really satisfied with the quality. I'll compare prices between Germany and Vietnam another time because I don't intend to wait in line for several hours today...
