We accidentally locked ourselves out of our apartment and called Ulmer Schlüsseldienst (Niko) for help. Niko was very friendly on the phone and just as friendly in person. He arrived quickly and opened our door without any issues or damage. The whole process was smooth and stress-free. We really appreciated his professionalism and efficiency. Highly recommended!

I am dog sitting for a friend and her luck got jammed. I didn’t know what to do, but then she sent me the number and we were able to take care of everything so fast. Alex came and was so polite, so friendly his English was even very good And we were able to communicate just fine. We had everything taken care of and under an hour. It was a Christmas miracle. 😆
